I found the watch parts I needed quickly, and checking out was simple enough. Overall, it was a smooth kind of experience.

They did get back to me, though not exactly at lightning speed, and I had to follow up once because apparently patience is part of the ordering process. To be fair, the answer was helpful once it finally came through. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish customer service moved a little faster.

I did get my refund quickly, so I appreciate that. Still, I wish I didn’t have to put in as much effort to follow up and make sure it was actually moving along.

Once shipping was added, the total felt even less worth it to me. The site worked fine and I got what I needed, but next time I’d probably shop around a bit before ordering again

I ordered a replacement crystal and a couple little parts for my Seiko, and yeah, it all came looking clean and normal in a good way. The crystal fit how it was supposed to and didn’t have scratches or those weird rough edges, which was the main thing I was worried about honestly.
I’ve gotten cheaper parts before from other places and you can kind of know it immediately, like just holding them. These felt more properly made, if that makes sense. I’m happy with it and would order from them again.

My order showed up exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. I’ve had delays with other places that felt totally preventable, so it was nice to have this go smoothly for once
